My name is Leah Young, and I’m the owner and photographer for Dreams In Color Photography LLC.

I’m a mother to 2 beautiful, strong-willed kiddos and two four-legged children. I am a big travel buff; my favorite place in the world is New Zealand! Give me good food, nature, and some dogs, and I will be the happiest woman on Earth.

I welcome and celebrate all humans; no judgement.

Okay, enough about me. You’re here for the photography! Candid shots are my specialty; the rush of capturing a real, emotional moment on camera is the one of the main reasons I do what I do. With that being said, I will also prompt you, coach you, and make you laugh during your session so there are no awkward moments. My editing style is best described as warm & vibrant with high-contrast. Locations are one of the most fun parts of my job—I am ALWAYS down for an adventure. I will never say no to a cool creek shot, or anything new and exciting. Your sessions with me will always be laid back, fun, and will produce photographs with which you will want to decorate your home.
